By accessing and using LighthouseMatchmaking.com (“LMC”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Eligibility
LMC is exclusively for Muslim adults over 18 years of age who are unmarried, legally separated, divorced, or widowed. Parents or legal guardians may register on behalf of their adult children/wards.
Use of Service
LMC provides matchmaking services solely for the purpose of establishing holy matrimony between Muslim males and females. It is not a dating service. Any misuse of the platform will result in account termination and possible legal action.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to LMC.
Subscription Plans
LMC offers three subscription plans:
Silver Plan: $300, includes 1 match
Gold Plan: $500, includes 2 matches
Platinum Plan: $1,000, includes 5 matches
Content and Conduct
Users must provide accurate information and use the platform respectfully. Any fraudulent activity, offensive behavior, or violation of Islamic principles will result in account suspension or termination.
Privacy
LMC respects your privacy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Service
LMC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for any user who violates these terms or engages in harmful behavior.
Changes to Terms
Terms LMC may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the American laws, applicable in the State of Florida, USA 🇺🇸
